Gas Safe Register
Replaced Corgi on 1st April 2009 and is the UK's official gas registration body. Anyone carrying out gas work must be Gas Safe Registered and carry an ID card, if not they are breaking the law and putting you and your family at risk.

WARNING - Carbon Monoxide (CO) Poisoning

Landlord Safety
As a Landlord you have a legal duty under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, to maintain all gas appliances and flues you provide for your tenants.
